Carrington earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Liberty University in May 2022. She worked for a Physician for a year before starting her position at Campus Recreation in January of 2023. She is also a Nationally Registered EMT and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition and Wellness. Her hobbies include coaching swimming, baking, and drinking coffee.
